#1 Meditation and Yoga
Quiet time for your body to open a space for clearing is simple and impactful. #Meditation is rewiring your brain to pause before reacting. You’re teaching your mind to stay quiet, #focused and at #peace. Even 5 minutes a day makes a difference. I’ve recently been using the #CALM app on my phone. I highly recommend it!
